COURSE PLANNING SHEET - Keeping track of your child’s high school classes can be tough! Here’s the resource that we are using to make sure every student has what they need to graduate. If you would like to keep a copy for yourself, here’s the blank template to keep a record at home.
HOME STUDY COURSE REQUEST FORM - To meet NCA graduation requirements, certain courses must be taken at home and are the responsibility of the parent and student to complete. This form must be filled out and turned in to NCA BEFORE starting the course.
HOME STUDY COURSE COMPLETION FORM - When your student completes their Home Study course, fill out this form and turn it in to show they have completed it. We will add it to their transcript!
NCA COMMUNITY SERVICE REQUIREMENT - NCA reinforces an attitude of service in its students by asking them to donate their time to helping people in our communities. High school students are required to log a minimum of 20 hours of community service per school year. Each school year, the student must submit one or more Student Volunteer Forms confirming the 20 hours of service. This form must be filled out by a supervisor or other appropriate representative of the organization for which services were performed, not a parent or student. DRIVER’S ACADEMIC STANDING REQUEST - For your student to get his/her driver’s license, they are required to have a letter showing their academic standing from their school. Here’s the place to request that form! Please allow for 2 school days (1 academic week) to receive a completed academic standing letter. This link will send an email to Hannah Kistler for the request.
STUDENT DRIVER PERMISSION FORM - All students must complete and return this form before they are allowed to drive to school. Students must also attach a copy of their driver’s license and proof of insurance to this form.

ACCESSING GOOGLE CLASSROOM - Your student’s weekly assignments are posted via Google Classroom. You will need to log in with your student’s email and password to access their classes and assignments.
TRANSCRIPT REQUEST - Click here to request a copy of your child’s transcript to be sent to you. You may need these if you are applying to university, transferring schools, etc.
REMIND (Just High School) - Click here for instructions to be added to the high school remind group. This group is for high school parents and students.
