Administration

  • Mr. Dan Bailey

    Head of School

Dan Bailey had the amazing opportunity of growing up in Brazil, South America, as a missionary kid. Having graduated from a small boarding school in central Brazil in 1990, he returned to the United States to attend a two year Bible School in Waukesha, Wisconsin before moving to Tennessee in the summer of 1993. He eventually enrolled at Tennessee Technological University in Cookeville and graduated in 2000 with a degree in Secondary Education/Biology.

After graduating from TTU he taught in the local Putnam County public school system for 6 years before God called him to start a Christian school.

After 7 years as the head administrator at that Christian school, he stepped away from education for a while to refocus, working several jobs in different career fields during that time.

He got back into the public education system in 2018, when he was hired to start a STEM program for at-risk high school students enrolled at the local alternative school.

During the summer of 2020, right in the midst of the global Covid pandemic, the opportunity surfaced, once again, to champion Christian education. This time he was given the opportunity to be a part of starting two Christian schools simultaneously in Cookeville and Crossville TN.

Mr. Bailey has enjoyed the privilege over the years of building several Christ-centered educational programs from the ground up and all of them continue to flourish to this day under various leadership styles and educational philosophies. Whether they serve traditional 5 day academic needs or, in his current role as Headmaster, a hybrid model, each variation on the Christian school theme is a testament to the growing desire amongst local families to see their children grow up to know, love and serve the Lord.

Mr. Bailey’s ministry goal is to partner with Christian parents, providing their children with an academic setting that focuses their young hearts and minds on God’s word, equipping them to grow in their own faith in Christ. In his spare time, he enjoys many activities such as traveling, hiking, camping, hunting and rock climbing, but mostly just spending time with his wife, daughters and grandchildren.
